Useful tips for your final files

You are completely satisfied with the graphics and have given their final approval.

From that moment, within 24 working hours you will receive all your final files.

At this point you can’t wait to launch your new brand, to present it to friends and customers, to write a post on social networks, to print your business cards or to prepare the new plaque for your office…

In this article you will find some useful hints and tips for your final files.

FINAL FILES DOWNLOAD

As soon as your final files are ready I will send them to your email box via WeTransfer. At this point two actions are important on your part:

• Download the files no later than 7 days (after this period the link will no longer be active).
• Keep a copy of all files on a secure support!!!

 

THE FINAL FILES FOLDER

You will receive from me a folder containing all the final files, sorted and divided into subfolders for easy consultation and identification by you.

Depending on the order you have made, you may receive some or all of the following subfolders:

– PREVIEW

You will receive a preview of the logo you have approved, complete with all the coordinated elements you have purchased (if you have purchased a branding package).

– INFO BRAND

If you ordered a logo or branding package you will receive the data sheet containing all the brand color codes in HEX format (# ——) and the names of the writing styles used. This file, which will be in PNG format, you can print it and it will be useful for all your marketing projects, as it allows you to coordinate each element with your brand.

– LOGO DESIGN

If you bought a logo or branding package you will receive the following files for each version of logo (main logo, alternative logo, sumbark):

• JPEG: I will provide you with your logo on a white background and on a black background with a standard width of 1000PX x Height and 300 DPI.

• PNG: the PNG files that I will provide you will be of different variants and with a transparent background; this allows you to use them in overlay on the images, photos or personalized colored backgrounds. The files will have a standard width of 1000PX x Height and 300 DPI.

***IMPORTANT***

* For both JPEG and PNG files, as they resize it is important to maintain the aspect ratio of length and height.

** To maintain transparency it is important to keep the file in PNG format!

– WATERMARKS

I will provide for you to create all the watermarks of each logo version, with a transparent background and in solid color, generally in the colors: white, black, gray, light gray and dark gray.

– VECTOR FILE

In the final files package you will also receive the vector file of each logo version in PDF format and 300 DPI.

In a branding project this file is very important as it can be resized to any size without losing quality and is ideal for creating many marketing products.

– BUSINESS CARDS

Business card graphics will be provided in high definition PDF format only and will include margins for clipping, to prevent double-sided business cards from having white edges when trimmed.

They are therefore files ready to be uploaded online for printing or to be given to the trusted print shop.

For your business cards I will use standard sizes, such as:

• Business card in rectangular format 84mm x 55mm –> the file that I will provide you will have a size of 88mm x 59mm.

• Business card in 65mm x 65mm square format –> the file that I will provide you will have a size of 69mm x 69mm.

***IMPORTANT***

* If different sizes are required from the standard ones indicated above are required, it is necessary to specify it during the graphic processing.

– SOCIAL MEDIA KIT

All the final files to be used on social networks, such as avatars, covers and more, will be provided in JPEG format optimized for the Web and in some particular cases you will also find the PNG file.

Brochures, postcards, flyers, price lists and more will be provided in PDF format ready for printing and include the margin for clipping. In these cases, formats and measures are agreed in advance with the customer based on his needs.
